Software Developer
Develop and deliver production software across the full stack — frontend, backend, and the integrations in between — for clients who depend on it, with disciplined testing, code review, and end-to-end ownership.
What it's like
- You own features end to end and across the stack — design, implementation, testing, and production support.
- Test-driven development and peer code review are standard practice.
- Work happens in small, autonomous teams with direct exposure to the problem and, often, the client.
Tradeoffs to consider
- The pace is demanding and the quality bar is high and non-negotiable.
- You'll be expected to justify technical decisions and own their consequences.
